I made naan!
Yesterday, I made naan for the first time – well, I say “I” made it, the breadmaker helped rather a lot. I used this recipe: http://frogeatstown.blogspot.co.uk/2007/05/breadmaker-naan-bread.html
I was worried because it didn’t look like the dough had risen properly before baking (probably my fault for not having water warm enough when added to breadmaker) but they turned out really well – C and MIL loved them. Delicious!
