Nigella’s Chocolate Mousse :)

It’s been a tiring few days. More on that tomorrow, perhaps … for today: on with the mousse!

I made this for a family get-together last weekend and everybody LOVED it. I made it as stated with dark chocolate, and a second batch with milk chocolate (we weren’t sure if the dark chocolate one might be a bit too dark for some tastes) and both were DELICIOUS. Highly highly recommended!

Essentially: whip cream with vanilla extract. Melt everything else in a saucepan over a low heat, let this mixture cool, then fold together. Chill. (I’ll let you go through to Nigella’s page for the recipe proper – that seems the right side of copyright law to me).
