January brings the snow …

… makes your feet and fingers glow.

It’s been snowing in the UK! Although it hasn’t really affected me. There’s not been much here, plus one of the advantages (or disadvantages depending on your opinion – but I’d rather take my leave when I want it, not have to use it because I couldn’t get in) of walking to work is that in moderately inclement weather you just need waterproof boots with decent grip and you’re good to go.

January brings the snow ...

Snowflake is the name given to the style of tin; I don’t name my tea caddy elephants. Although perhaps I should?

Really, Snowflake here has made much more of an impact. She’s rather lovely, and contains Williamson Earl Grey. Lovely stuff, delicious and ethical.

You will also observe from the photo that there are still Christmas decorations around in our house … we’ve taken the tree down, but some of the others are lingering. It’s cheery, in weather that often isn’t.

Do you have any snow? Or elephants?
